Suzanne Riopel

Suzanne Riopel is a paralegal in our Bethesda office since May 2014. She assists in scheduling client-attorney meetings, case file management, document preparation, and marketing. She assists attorneys at the Firm in various types of clerical duties.ss

Ms. Riopel is a juris doctorate candidate at American University, Washington College of Law. She graduated summa cum laude from Norwich University in English. She has previously lived in Seoul, South Korea and has written on human rights violations in North Korea. She has a dual role of serving as a military officer in the District of Columbia Army National Guard.

She has been in the Military Intelligence and Military Police Corps. Her recent experience includes a multi-agency operation in support of Border Patrol at the US-Mexico Border and processing detainee records, legal documentation, and biometrics at the secret-classification level in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
